Without making any definitive legal judgment as to what rights exist in a given instance, our policy is that contributors retain existing rights they might have, as described in the jpt Contributor's Agreement and general Copyright notice. Every contributor submitting content must affirm that he/she has the right to do so, and must otherwise comply with the terms of the Contributor's Agreement, including the covenant to fully indemnify and hold us harmless for all liabilities arising from his/her deficiency in copyright.
